sweet little friends

last night was so weird. i was not tired in the least bit. since brandon was sleeping so well, i took advantage and finished all the laundry and ironed all the clothes. i know people think i'm crazy for ironing footed pajamas, but i just love that crisp look! after dropping the kids off at school, i came home and dusted and vacuumed. i'm so happy now that the house is completely clean. i'm sure the kids will destroy it by the end of the day, but for right now everything is in place!

my sweet friend nydia and her two boys stopped by the house for a visit. the last time i saw nydia in late november, we looked like this:

unfortunately, we couldn't get a picture of the five of us, but here is a picture of her with her oldest seth and then brandon and baby jonas. isn't she gorgeous!!!

seth had so much fun "rearranging" all of the toys. it was like he was in toy heaven! it was so cute watching him discover new toys and see how he played with them. i enjoyed visiting with nydia.

i thought sharing pregnancy stories was fun, but sharing our two little boys together is more exciting than i could have imagined. i could have loved on seth and jonas all day. they are such sweet little boys.

i am so lucky to have nydia as a friend. i look forward to watching our kids forge friendships together! thanks again for coming to meet brandon and bringing your sweet little boys!
